During 12 October 2023, we mention that the rewards system will be revamped. A new system will take place from 1 Jan 2024. (It has since been delayed, and a further update will be made known in the later part of 2024.)

Being a hobby store, there are only a few things that excite us than having a community of regular long-term players, which in turn makes the game more enjoyable for everyone else.

As a gesture of our appreciation for your continuous support, we are having Rewards Programme where you will earn 'Rewards Gems' every time you make a purchase in our store. These Gems is stored in your account, which in return can be redeemed for a store credit or discount on your next purchase.

Earning Rewards Gems

To start collecting Gems, first you need to have an active membership account with Fyendal Hobby (if you haven't had one, you can create it here

You will also need to sign up for the rewards programme found on the bottom right of the pages.

While you are logged in to your account, you will earn 10 Gems for every S$1 order placed in our store.

Redeeming Rewards Gems

For every 200 Gems you have in your account, you are eligible to get a S$1 discount on your current order.

It's as simple as that. No tricks. No strings attached.

FAQs about Rewards Gems

Is there an expiry date / validity period for the Gems?

Nope. We don't impose any time limit for you redeem your Gems. Earn every time, redeem anytime.

Are the Gems only be given for regular order, and not applicable for merchandise on sale / promotion?

Nope. You will earn Gems for all online orders, there is no exclusion or special conditions.

How can I check how many Gems do I have in my account?

You will be able to check the number of Reward Gems that you have in your account by logging it to the rewards programme found under the bottom right of the pages.

Can I transfer my Gems to another member?

Usually such case is not recommended because it involves much efforts (e.g. verification, confirmation, recording, etc.) If such needs arise, we can process this on case-by-case basis.
