Shipping policy

Shipment Service Days

Shipments will be processed twice a week. As much as possible, shipments will be processed on Tuesday and Friday.

Eg. If an order is made on a Wednesday, shipment will be processed on the Friday.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We provide the following the following delivery options for local orders.

  • Transfer to another local pickup point:

The order will be delivered to your selected pickup point in person. ​Estimated processing time 1-5 working days. When the order is transferred, the order will be marked as delivered. When picking up, please let the pickup point known of your name and your order number. 

  • Registered Mail Service

Tracking number will be provided. 

Orders would be sent out on shipment service days after payment is received. Tracking number would be provided on the day the mail is processed. ​Estimated delivery time for Registered Mail Service is 1-3 working days.               

  • Local Store Pick up: 

All singles and products order can be collect at our store. Please let us know of your name and your confirmation email when you come to collect your order at our store. 

For Local Pick up option, collection for the cards must be made within 7 days of the confirmation email. Reminders will be sent to customers accordingly. In a case if customer need more time to collect his / her order, Payment via Bank Transfer to our store's account first will be required.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We provide the following 2 delivery options for our international customers.

  • Registered Mail Service

Registered mail provides a Doorstep Delivery to your preferred address. As registered mail requires proof of delivery, the postal service staff would require the signature of the person who receive the package. If no one is around to receive the package, a note will be left by the postman to inform you of the package's arrival and the package will be send to the nearest post office to your mailing address. Package can be collect from the designated post office as per information in the note. Should the package not be picked up, and be returned to us, the shipping charges for resending will be billed accordingly.             

Orders would be sent out on shipment service days after payment is received. Tracking number would be provided on the day the mail is processed. Estimated delivery time for Registered Mail Service ranges from 7 to 40 days depending on the region, the processing time by the recipient's customs and the recipient's post office service hours. 

  • Courier Service:

Courier service provides a Doorstep Delivery to your preferred address. As courier service requires proof of delivery, the courier service staff would require the signature of the person who receive the package. If no one is around to receive the package, notification will be left by the courier company to inform you of the package's arrival and they will inform you to arrange for the redelivery.             

Orders would be sent out on shipment service days after payment is received. Tracking number would be provided on the day the mail is processed. The range of courier service provider may range from Federal Express, DHL, or UPS.

Registered Service can be tracked by their respective tracking websites.

Estimated shipping duration is as follow below for international orders;

  • Asia, Australia and New Zealand: 4 - 14 Working days,
  • North America and Western Europe: 8 - 28 Working days,
  • South America, Southern Europe and Eastern Europe: 14 - 40 Working days

Due to customs inspections and the localized mail service of a specific country, international orders could take as long as 40 days for shipment to arrive.
