FYENDALHOBBY.COM HAS THE RIGHT TO VOID / AMEND ANY ORDER.

We reserve the right to void an order. Possible reasons for our actions are:

For orders paid through Paypal and/or Credit Card, we will run checks to ensure that they are legitimate. We may void an order and return the Paypal funds and/or Credit Card funds if we suspect a case of unauthorized use.

There may be instances of wrong pricing due to human error during data entry.

Secondly, there may be instances of severe fluctuations in the market price of collectible cards, which require time for us to make changes.

Therefore we reserve the right to remove/amend any item from an order. Alternatively, we may counter propose a revised price for your consideration.

We may cancel/amend an order without notice if payment is not received within 30 days of the order being made.

Lastly, we may limit the purchase of a single individual unique card to a maximum of a playset (3 cards - foil and non foil collectively) 

Fraud or Unauthorized Transaction.
Error in Pricing.
Non-Payment.
Sudden fluctuations in pricing.

An Order Is Binding Upon it Being Shipped.

When a customer places an order, it is merely an offer to FyendalHobby.com. It does not equate to a contract. FyendalHobby.com may choose to refuse the order, based on lack of inventory, pricing errors, or for other reasons.

The contract is established once all these events occur:

Buyer places an order.
The order is paid for by the buyer through one of the payment options and received by FyendalHobby.com.
The order is shipped by FyendalHobby.com and a notification email is sent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as we cannot accept returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please take note that a 4% administrative charge may be withheld for refunds.
